There are some good nuggets in there
What a time capsule! There are enough parts in Old Landy to recoup your original investment plus your travel expenses, if that was your desire. Keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing OL in person one day. I really love the smile on Cowboy's face!!
Not sure if it’s been mentioned before.
That load body is exclusive to the Land Cruisers assembled at the Mercedes Benz factory, in East London South Africa.
If I have the story correct all the Cruiser were sent here partially assembled and load Bodys made here.
Would love to know about this... research time! Thanks.
Exactly! I also want to say thanks to you Michael, because you were a big part in getting me 45's, my dad for showing me how to work on cars and getting me the bug, to Jim and Ryan to for always answering my questions and respecting me like an adult even though I'm a kid, to Casey to I didn't know him till SAS2, but I'm glad I did he has taught me so much and given me a different point of view on these woderful rigs, and to everyone else here on MUD for guiding me thus far. What a time capsule!
