See if you can get it bob and I can try to get it from him and I will see what I can do, I deal with a couple tire companies funny thing is they all use them same tire repair place up in canada

Just throw it in on your northern shipment this weekend Scott. I'll get it further North.

Sounds good guys. Thanks. I will put it in with shipment. In the meantime I will keep looking for a 37" spare if anyone knows of one let me know. Don't want to be stuck on the trail without one. It would kill me to toss that Krawler. The tread is like new. Fingers crossed.
Thanks again John & Bob

Looking for some soft Fj60 shift boots? I put a sm465 to 3 speed transfer case in my fj40 and was told that the fj60 boots would work well. Any ideas would be helpful. Found a set of used ones on ebay for $80.00 including shipping . Thought I would ask around. Thanks

My local Sullivan wouldn't touch a radial, but they did vulcanize my Bias Ply LTB's. You have to insist the tire is only going to be used off road.

FJ62 SmittyBilt non-winch tube bumper: $25
Spray painted matte black. Some dents, scratches, and rust, but pretty good shape. Tabs for mounting fogs. Came of an HJ60, and will bolt directly up to a FJ62 (wider bumper brackets). Spacers/washers will be needed for an FJ60.

OEM late model FJ60 Skid Plate: $50 ($100 at Cruiser Parts)
Extremely clean, rust free, appears to have original paint, came off an '86 from California.

Local pickup only in southern VT.

Hey Alex I'd be interested in the top. How much does a set if bows go for now a days. I have a 1980 40.

Rick

Rick, Try to find a set of 1975+ bows. The b-pillars are shaped differently. You can make an earlier set work with some effort.

Hey guys... I'm on the hunt for an Isuzu 4bd1t engine in good running condition to put in my 60. Willing to buy a whole NPR box truck or GMC box truck with that engine or just the engine. Looking for an engine made in 1989 and up that's an isuzu 4bd1t... NOT looking for the 4bd2t engines that are direct inject and intercooled. If you know of one for sale shoot me a PM. Thanks for the help!

How about a 3B instead?

Yeah but isn't it easier to find tops for the earlier bows because that's what's around? Also what effort it's required?

Really? I thought just like the 74 and older like the 75 and newer you could swap tops. The only difference is with the catch on the doors and ambulance vs hatch. Not arguing, I just want to know since I have a set of early bows I was going to put on my 78 40.
