The good...
160k miles
Head rebuilt/magnafluxed/new head gasket/baselined all hoses
On Board Air mount and pulley installed (Great Lakes version)
Fresh cat/Magnaflow routed over frame
Front e-locker axle/knuckle rebuilt w/Aisin hubs/original Longfields/Yukon 4.10’s/hubs/calipers rebuilt
Rear axle stock (giving extra after swap to sell)
Rear e-locker axle rebuilt (need to finish e-brake/hub/calipers, install Yukon 4.10 gears, install onto truck)
OME J lift
OEM Snorkel
Michelin XL 9.00R16’s (4 near new, spare used) 36.5 x 9’s
HF1A transfer case rebuilt with Marlin 3.12 low gear (HF1A does not have viscous coupler)
HF2A transfer case take out
Rebuilt driveshafts (rear lengthened to account for above transfer case w/o viscous couple nose cone)
Fender flare delete, holes welded/primed
Slee Short bus bumper front w/Warn 9.5k w/synthetic
4x4 Labs rear w/custom gas can/cooler/fridge-freezer basket/tire carrier/Hi-lift mount
Interior has fresh leather 1st and 2nd row, 3rd row in very good shape (with heated seat inserts installed but not wired)
Interior stripped and sprayed with Lizard Skin Ceramic (not roof)
LED interior light kit including dash lights
Double DIN Kenwood w/Garmin GPS (surely software is outdated)
The bad...
Half the axle swap done. I don’t have the energy nor resources to finish. Interior panels out prepping for wiring speakers/cb/antennas/etc.
Needs fresh fuel and battery to fire, install rear driveshaft and drive away in 2wd
Finish axle swap, install both shafts and away you go.
$12k takes all things related to this rig for a new buyer to finish and enjoy.

WTB: a flat roof rack that would fit an FJ80. I think I’ve decided I would use that more than a basket style.

Yea. Few factors have necessitated a sale. Hate to do it, it’s a great and fun truck.
SOLD SOLD SOLD For Sale: ‘97 Kawasaki KDX200. Arguably one of the best trail/woods bikes ever made. Four stroke reliability with the pep of a ring dinger. Suuuper low hours. Engine has never been into at all, and it doesn’t need a thing. It has a few tasteful mods: Ron Black carb, FMF Desert pipe, Boyesen reeds, FX gripper seat, Newer graphics. Fresh rear tire. It’s a phenomenal bike and it will wheelstand in 1-4 with just a blip of the throttle. Mud price $1,750 firm.
