TSM Parking Brake Kit 4066MB3 FJ60
Was going to use this but the mechanic I am working with suggested replacing the rear calipers with GM type calipers with parking brakes and that is what we will be doing next week. Complete kit meant for a FJ60, never used but the bracket was mounted to the TC before the suggestion was made. Cost $321 w/shipping asking $225 plus shipping, firm.

Monte carlo is a popular known option
Seems this would definitely work (and likely better than gm calipers) and since paid for and less parts/labor would be cheaper. Simply curious .... slightly interested but out of the toy game for a few

I already have GM mid-size disc brakes on all four corners and the mechanic I am working with said the swap should be easy, just remove the old calipers, install the new ones, bleed the brakes and run the cables. Should hold as well since it will be at both rear wheels. The kit only fits the split case but I believe the only difference between the FJ60 and FJ40 models is the bolt pattern on the rotor. May be wrong but that is what it looks like to me.
I wish I was in the market. Some clear coat failure but seems like a very solid daily driver 100, 1999 with 260k for $5k... Pretty good platform and price point to have some fun!
After seeing what Pete did at Logan's in his stock 100, my mind has been wandering closer and closure to the current decade, or century at least...
