It’s an LC rack. The LC rack is longer so much more practical for hauling kayaks.Did you put an LC roof rack on or did you paint yours black?
Love it! I don’t know much about them but I have dreams about an LX450. Looks good.

Where did you find the LC rack and how much did it cost you? How was install? It’s an LC rack. The LC rack is longer so much more practical for hauling kayaks.
But aren't there front bolts for the rack that don't exist on the LX?They are on eBay all day long. Install is easy just loosen each bolt a little at a time.
Excellent question. I purchased an LC rack off a fellow mudder, but have been looking for an install procedure if one exists before I start wrenching. Can someone point in the right direction? But aren't there front bolts for the rack that don't exist on the LX?
The 18" TRD BBS Tundra wheels would look great on the LX, can shop around to find some good deals, prices vary a lot on eBayI’d like to downsize the wheels for some AT tires. I’m hoping a set of the turbine style 20’s or some 18’s from a land cruiser would be plug-and-play. Any advice would be great.
With some handholding form other mudders (@ryanCA), I traded in my ‘16 LC for this ‘18 LX. Except for a hard sale on the paint protection and this mouse controller thing, it’s wonderful. Really loving all the additional power.
