Yup, we are buying a house and moving off the compound. It's only a whopping 1.5 miles away.

Toyota Land Cruiser wagons do nothing but go up in value - Hagerty Media
Toyota FJ40s skyrocketed from 2010–15, then fell off. Amid the swings, however, one segment of the Land Cruiser market has done nothing but go up: wagons. More usable, often better optioned, and with a better ride thanks to their longer wheelbases, these “long roof” Cruisers are the ones to watch.www.hagerty.com

I'd had this truck for probably 10 years. It was my DD for about half of that, then got relegated to wheeling trips and home depot runs. As you know, I only wheel about 1-2 times a year, but when I do, I'm not easy on it. I'd be happy to provide more details if anyone's interested, but here are some highlights (or lowlights, I guess):
- It's rusty. Frame is solid, but lots of rusted fasteners, etc. Rust through in rear cargo area.
- Lots of dents, some major. Worst is to the drivers front quarter panel, where I had to pry it back on the trail when it got pushed into the tire.
- No parking brake (not an adjustment or shoe replacement issue - it's just not there)
- Aftermarket cat doesn't have visible serial number
- No carpet in cargo area (which, again, is rusty)
- Seats are rough, but I've seen worse.

Dang Felix...you got half that in armor on that truck.
Edit: Probably more even. Good deal for someone looking for a solid wheeler.
My thoughts exactly. Throw some quick fixes on the rusty panels to prevent any new rust and send it. I'm tempted, but I know it's a bad idea.Dang Felix...you got half that in armor on that truck.
