You will turn a lot of heads in Michigan with that truck - congrats!
Thanks, I look forward to mall crawling in this one. Not that I ever go to the mall, because I don't. :p

Also this one will be a model for another Bowfin Cruisers roof rack offering that will look nice on a more traditional stock truck. That's all I am saying for now.
Concept pictures soon.
This is what I have been waiting for! Love the existing rack, but there is just something that makes me think it wouldn't look right as the only aftermarket piece I have on my truck.

Nice find Pat. I know how you feel about constantly looking at FS ads. lol

Looks like a solid rig!

Thanks!

It definitely keeps me Cruiser poor!

All my friends around here call me "The retreader" because I put new tires on everything I buy. In my defense I wouldn't if everything I bought didn't have worn out tires or a size that throws off the look of the truck - it just drives me crazy.

In Red's case it is worn out tires, sooo I get to play with my tire machine today if I get my rack orders done.

I think that for the first time since high school I'm going to put the tires white letter out. Still not 100% sure but leaning hard that way. I look at way too many images of trucks on the web to get ideas and I really like the red 60 series I have seen with factory chrome wheels and white lettering.

Anybody think I'm crazy?

I did white letters out on my BFG's and Cherokee years ago. Looked good.

Pat, most of us have some degree of crazy. You are home. All good. Carry on.

Are those slot mags in the OP photos?

@dogfishlake I don’t think you’re crazy. That’s a classic look.
The truck came with the slot mags. I don't hate them but just want the stock look, I had the wheels, and tires were a must.

It plays, plus if you don't like it, you can flip it no problem. No real loss other than some time.
Good point. I am the worlds slowest tire changer at this point, but I'm learning.

I need to put a little rising sun decal on my tire machine every time it saves me money getting tires installed

I only had a couple of hours to free up this morning, and only 6 old lug nuts to spare since my new ones aren't here yet. The lugs on the aluminum slots are different.

I took that time to throw on two wheels. Also did a clay bar job followed by Meguiars Ultimate Compound and Ultimate Polish. Just applied by hand. I need to do it all again with a polisher. Looks pretty good even without wax, which I won't do until all the chips are touched up.

Poser shot.

That looks awesome Pat. Something about a clean stocker.
