What bedliner did you use? I'm awfully tempted to go this route...

I decided a while back that I would buy a set of sliders just in case I wanted them on my rig, I was pretty sure I at least wanted a pair of them for my dogs to enjoy some open air windows of they're own

So, after waiting a few months for a new take off set to land stateside they got sold to someone else @The Jade Bean recently picked up 3 near new windows and was happy to sell me the front pair after buying the set I had been waiting for, of course he knew nothing about that tragic event.

So, I finally decided to install them for my pups to enjoy, and me too of course.

What's the best part about owning a Middle East KABOOM special? I'll let this pic speak for itself

And the finished install, i'm happy i did it

Also, I received a large box from a new Canadian friend @crawlin cruiser with a BUNCH of misc parts I'd been looking out for, among them were the middle vinyl and park brake cover.

The box also contained a complete heat unit, I mean complete, controls, cables ,faceplate you name it, its all there, so now i have extra parts cause all i really needed was the heat core, but mama always said the best time to buy Land Cruiser parts is when folks are selling what you need.

The heater will be installed when the troopy goes up on stands for axle rebuild and regear next month.

Something I installed a while back but didn't mention are the LED lights from Odd Iron.

If your on the fence they are great lights and stupid Brite. If anyone is interested I can take a pic tonight so you can see how Brite these things are, I can literally walk around camp at nite.

They fit in housings from a Camry and rear 60 series respectively

Looks great and awesome that there’s no rust. I defiantly didn’t know about that situation. Sorry about that, but glad it worked out in the end.

It's all good brother!

Is that set of benches you got new enough to have the rubber "feet" on the frames? Be too much trouble to post a pic?

Installed the rest of the ABS panels from australian door cards, I highly recommend them for either o.e. Masonite blanks or these ABS versions.

Jumpseats should be back from upholstery soon, so that's next.

And bedliner sprayed on the floor once the chemical is back in stock at the shop.

One bit at a time
Woah…slick!! I might be getting some. I was going to make aluminum ones myself, but I’m digging those.
Loving that strap!! Gonna steal this idea.

Couple questions for ya. Did the panels come with a door piece for where the jack goes on the side? Also can you tell me where you sourced the clip and bracket for the seat stay? Thank you!!

Answers for ya Jade

The panels do not come with a jack door, he does not offer one. He also cuts a hole for the rear window washer, if you don't have that option ask him to NOT cut that hole. I have to do something about mine.

The seat strap and metal parts are all DIY, I made them.

Been a while, been doing little projects.

Permanently mounted the GMRS from the ashtray to hidden inside the dash with only the microphone visible, but haven't decided where to mount the mic yet.

Decided to drill a hole in the roof for NMO, and the cable tucks in nicely hidden under the foam padded headliner

Also rebuilding both axles and differentials as well as regearing to 4:88, I have these two wires sticking out now.

All I could focus on is that Celica (?) interior light ;) In case no one realizes, I'm only joking. Nice work!
