Looking good! I love when a Partsouq order comes in, it's like Christmas! And thank you for reminding me that I should add the barn door upper rubber stopper to my next order. I replaced the larger bottom one and it reduced vibrations, but now the upper one wants some love too.

Been a long time since an update.

We've been many places together and I'm continuing to renew, repair, replace as needed.

While I was installing the heat unit and plumbing that in I decided it would be best to simply replace every hose under the hood and secure them with correct new clamps. The tstat housing was in decent shape and serviceable, but since i was replacing everything for the long haul, might as well replace cast parts as well, all new stuff for longevity and trouble free service makes sense to me.

Also. I like the oddball parts, among some are these little sash clips, I've had them for a while and I finally tapped them in. Who knows if they really do anything, but what the heck.

Your valve orientation and hose routing seems way better than mine... I need to revisit.
What piece did you use for the 180 from the valve down to the pipe on the head? What valve part no. is that?

the hose is just a random one i found at Autozone, its has a 90* bend and there were a few different length options, i got the long one so i could cut off pieces i needed for the oil cooler lines.

for the valve, it was tough to find actually but part number is 87240-60100

Solid work.
Can you post the partno of the Thermostat housing?
My parts diagram says 16331-58010, but appears unavailable everywhere.
Where did you find yours?

EDIT: Forget about it. Different engine -different form... my bad.
Thanks.
Ralf

I think REPCO In Australia is reproducing cast parts, might check there?
