Old 097 still has some Cad left on her...

Dang Mark, almost missed this. I’d take a set if still available. Color not important as they will get dirty for sure. Or is it better to not have them for a user rig?

I only have the one or two of the grey. I'll set one aside for you. I put them on my driver....45.

Sent you a pm.

All chain covers are spoken for. Hope you guys like them.

OK all you SD40 single barrel guys......has anyone come up with a replacement for this yet? It's been way to long....I think there are a lot of us single barrel guys out there.

I just noticed that 097 does not have one. They are no where to be found so.....

I may have an option for us.

OK, here it is.... It fits almost perfectly... Needs to be trimmed...it's the same rubber thickness almost and it's only $5 bucks.

I'm going to trim tonight and see how it works....

Works great... Just need to trim a little..fits up inside the air cleaner, then over the carb just like the original NLA part.

It's a 1942 jeep single barrel carburetor gasket..for $5.

I could pick a few of these up and cheap mail them to some folks if that helps...

This shop is one of the largest early WWII jeep parts warehouse around and it's a couple of miles from my house.

I wish, it's the only non functional part that I still have a yearning for. It really does complete the engine bay in my opinion.

One of these two...they go behind the glass to help see the fuel level plus they look cool. Most tossed them after a carb rebuild.
