Picked her up yesterday evening. Some rust. Mostly all there. Could be a soldi platform as a 4 door land cruiser. More story and updates later today. My oldest and I are going to try and fire her up. I’ll post a vid too maybe.

After 7 years into pig life, I still don't understand the attraction to these rigs but it is undeniable nonetheless...

Yours looks as crusty as mine way back when. I worked like hell getting it drivable, then presentable and finally reliable and a badass head-turner everywhere I go.

Take your time because the resto-mod work is half the fun.

I think there are some people that are jealous of nebula green 55s ;)

It looks a little too pale for nebula to me. Maybe sea foam?
Thx. Yeah, no idea. Maybe it is sea foam.....

Yeah. Either way, just trying to find out as this gun metal grey isn’t really my speed. Even if I just break it up with where white would traditionally go.

Is there a plate under the hood on the passenger side? Not sure if they had them in 1970. That plate would show the factory paint code.

Congrats by the way. Looks better on a trailer than in the woods.
