Most of the smaller imported led's (under 20W) I've come across all use m6. The lights in the pics above and similarly-sized lights typically use m8 bolts. Usually the brand name lights use m8 or larger. It all varies widely between manufacturers.
If you want to be sure, maybe get the lights first and measure the bolt size.

A quick update on the ditch light mount kits... the ETA for the batch is now 04/08 (was 04/04). It's going to be a few days longer since I'm having more kits cut and bent. Expect your preorders to ship this Monday/Tuesday!

New M10 slotted L-brackets are in production! This option is for lights that use 3/8" mounting bolts. Should be available on the site in about a week! I personally am waiting for these as well so I can run some Baja Designs S2's.
Any chance of future rear hatch antenna / light mount?

M10 slotted L-brackets have arrived! These are new options for the single or dual ditch light kits as well as the rear hatch light mount kit. If you plan on running Rigid, Baja Designs, KC, or any other pods that use M10 or 3/8" mounting bolts, choose this bracket option because these are what you'll need!

Ooh that's an awesome idea! I'll make some antenna mount brackets that attach to the ditch light bracket base plates. They'll accomodate 3/4" NMO ham or 1/2" CB. Might be 2-3 weeks before I have them in stock.

Thanks to @implayaz9 brilliant idea, the yellow L-bracket below for NMO Ham mounts is coming soon! I also have one sized for CB mounts (not pictured). No interference with the hood open and the windshield or A-pillar even with a 4' whip. I should have prototypes in under a week. The two gray brackets are part of my existing ditch light mount kit that is in stock and currently available at massivemetalshop.com. The new antenna brackets will be 304 SS just like the mount kit.
The best part is that if you already have my ditch light mount kit, for only $30 more you can add both CB and ham antennae to your truck!
And with this highly-adjustable modular mount, you can tailor the mounting position to suit your needs as seen in the example below.

Ham or CB?
Really good looking stuff. I would really love to have some way to mount lights near the B-pillar and on the back hatch (like your mounts that go in the rivnuts) of my 2000 LX, but I'd probably have to drill holes. Honestly I'm okay with that, especially if it included some sort of grommet kit to run the wire and waterproof the holes..
Not sure yet but leaning towards CB. I want my radio to work with the help of the CB antenna.
