What is the official name of the black goo used to stick the vapour barriers to the door pannels. Is that the stuff which is never suposed to set hard? I asked our chaps for Mastic but what I got was not really what I wanted.

What are the specs on that 42611-60B70?

17X6.5" They were the ones I had on the 70 that I got from @joekatana

Question, on where you mounted that blue sea switch, does the washer bottle fit behind it, or did you relocate?

My washer bottle is on the driver's side.....

Those are pretty nice.

So far the 7s are OK....kind of like the way they flush out on the rear flares. We'll see when the BFG goes on the rear(Falken is on in this pic) if anything changes...can't remember if one is wider than the other.

That stance is as good as it gets.

Got these in today....easy to install on the Rav4 dash. WAY easier than the metal dash truck.

This minor thing happened for the first time:cool:

I can’t love this enough. Amazing.

When is it for sale? Dibs

Check back in a year or so....I want to enjoy this one for a bit and maybe build another one :)

Didn't get the truck out under its own power.....busy day today. Got around to tidying up a few loose ends....and creating more.

I'm going to run clear front lights in the ARB bumper...they will be both a marker and a turn. Added a dual terminal socket to run a 1157 bulb....and just so it doesn't melt the lens, using a slick switch color LED. Neat bulb. Found some clear lenses on Ebay....and this is the result.

White for running

Amber for turn

The super cool bulb. I'm sure they won't last so I'll have to have some spares.

Blue Seas Isolator controller.....chose this spot because it can be mounted vertically and the steering wheel should block some of it as it will be illuminated when doing its thing.

Wanted to get this beauty out of storage and into the truck....been waiting a while to put this in. I've installed a fair number of seats over the years from a wide variety of manufacturers.....these Scheelmann seats are some of the best.

Great color match.....not super obvious that it's not OEM which is what I was after.

Mounted up 4 BFGs in 285/75/17.....they look really good. Very very happy with the 17s and the tires. I was on the fence about the 17s but I have completely warmed up to them. I spent hours and hours going over tires....these fit the bill perfectly. Probably could have gone a touch taller....maybe a 34 but I like this setup. I had plans to swap out the wheels BUT......I like them. We think a 17x7.5 with a +30 offset would be just about perfect.

Rear fitment is just about spot on......I'd like them inset about 1/2". We need to lock down the bed....it is not properly positioned...we'll see how things look once that's done.

You are SERIOUSLY changing my mind about flares!

Stance looks PERFECT.

I think you're going to have to do something on the rear of your truck at a minimum to keep those rear tires somewhat visually connected to the front since the front wheels fit so well on the wide nose truck. The Kut Snakes are about 1" wider than OEM flares.

I was on the fence about the Kut Snakes as I generally like OEM.....I love my other 79 and Its OEM flares but I really dig the way this truck looks....I think the Kut Snakes work well with the front bar, sliders, snorkel and more aggressive look of the wheel/tire combo and lift. It really came together.

Maybe I should bring a set of 79 flares in on my next order 👍

"Managed" to get the passenger side door moulding done.....on to the other side later today. Not very difficult but oh-so very satisfying installing the scuff plate for some reason. I have never bought these new.....they fit really nice when fresh out of the bag.
