Greg. I replied tonight, let me know what antenna mount you need. Thanks again.

Since the new update on the forum was confusing as all get out to me, I broke away and a good degree of FB as well. Way behind on PM's, had a busy few months and haven't done a thing to the 80 since my last post other than fitting and refining our new cut board for the tailgate.

We've had the one in our 100 for a while and no issues with the dogs in and out. I've used it for a multitude of things and 100% happy.

Here's some pictures of them installed in the 80 (still in the garage)

I made a few pretty good mistakes last few month on the sub mount and the accessory mount that mounts behind the cubby in front of the sub mount.

I didn't call out the material thickness on the mount and I did on another part. So they assumed they were the same thickness. The first run of sub mounts were done in 18ga and were so flimsy.

The accessory mount mount I failed to mate the two together in SW and forgot they shared the same hole. They do not! So you couldn't mount them together.

One pallet of ACC mounts went to the recycling. I was sideways about my mistake, however I fixed it and improved on the design. Should have those in a few weeks. Pictured is a drawing showing them together and I maxed out the space. The extra hole in the bottom is for the OE wiring harness clip.

Lastly, I was asked about replacing the vinyl on the top of the door panels.

I can't find a thin vinyl that that the factory used, so I used our material with great results. In fact it only took about 30 minutes per panel. Fit is perfect and it solves the worn out look with a plush new look and feel.

Door panels look new and amazing.

We will now be offering gray, tan and brown kits for the 4-doors.

When will the door panel kitsbeavailable Shane? Interested

Will the kits restore the whole door panel or just that upper portion?

...via IH8MUD app

Just the upper portion that can be separated from the panel. The lower is bonded to the chrome trim and carpet. I did one years ago, my worst work yet.

I'm home all weekend working on the sites and fighting with godaddy. Ill let you know soon as I plan a write up.

Yes they're are. I posted in the 80
Section my install and code. Thanks.

Shane, what did you use for the shifter console to clean and shine it and any other black plastics? thanks!

Is Shane even on here anymore?

I haven't seen him on since like May? I hope things are OK with him, now that he got an 80 he's MIA!
Most likely because the 80 will take him a lot farther than his 100 ever did!
