Love it, Gary calling the shots!

Thanks for letting me run with you guys, it was a blast! More action then I've had in a long time! A few dents and bruises but it was worth it :-)
You know a trail is good when you spend more time moving rocks, pulling winch line and spotting then actually behind the wheel

This run was a record turnout, I think sixteen trucks, fourteen members, and a few guests. Pretty damn impressive, I must say! Previous record was eleven...I think.

I never stacked so many rocks as I did on trail 36! I also cannot recall the last time so much cable was pulled. I can't wait to try that trail again when it's not so wet.

Was a good day.

Thanks Woody.. it looks so calm and smooth here... it wasn't.

First time we came across that hill, Jody @joabmc kicked up a very large rock that lifted his r/r wheel off the ground as he just crested it. It was a bit precarious and we winched him back.

Here's a a pic.

You can also see a few rigs go down it in the beginning of this video, made by a member who disappeared into the Jeep world...

I wish he stuck around, he did nice work.

Here's a pic Jody took that day from the driver's seat!

Full pics from that day can be seen here, if you so desire...

I did a really good job of picking every bad line that day! Blame on Earthday campground and too many drinks the night before! Ha! Also will take credit for clearing the rocks off of that decent.. Destroyed my exhaust that day too.

I just wish when I go out with the club that @Crusha and @shmukster would not call me Jody all day
Ha, I get it tho, you guys joined the club about the same time with your colorful fj Cruisers, both good dudes, both with an online presence....

It’s true, Jody was the one that hipped me to this club. If it wasn’t for him I’d probably still have a pristine truck and be running green trails el-oh-el.

For the record I’d gladly take every dent again. I’ve had more fun, gained a ton of knowledge, and made some great friends. What it’s all about.
