How is the bull bar attached? In one picture it looks like its welded to both the wing section and center section.

That bullbar is staying on our LC, so I decided to weld it up. The production bullbar bumpers will have tube splitters in the centersection. The Headlight hoops/uprights will be welded to the wings...

For the LX crowd...

Can you explain some of the cutouts? It looks like two square holes on the upper section are sized for square LED lights, is that correct? Any purpose of the square holes next to the winch hole?

I would assume those are to reach the manual clutch on the winch

The cut outs are an homage to the original bumper that inspired the design. But functionally, they do give access to hardware and winch area. There's also a fair bit of radiator behind the the bumper fascia, so they let air through as well.

It's beautiful and it will be a shame to paint or powder coat.

Any idea on a eta?

I would like to be on the list ,bumper with turn signals and winch plate for 2001 lx470

The build list needs updating, as quite a bit of time has passed. I'm in the process of installing on local early adopters. I've learned alot, and the production bumpers will definitely benefit from the exercise. Once the build list is brought up to current, I'll work with everyone via PM to arrange delivery dates and shipping.

Thanks again for all the patient folks hanging in there. I really look forward to working with everybody to get them equipped.

Just a quick question, on the bumper running lights, I assume those are cut in to project straight out, and not flat mounted to bumper panel pointing out to the side at about 20° or so. It's hard to tell if the lights are pointing straight or not in your pictures.
Also, is there just one type of light that will work or is it a common hole size to fit a variety of LED lights?

Thanks! And nice work!!

I have seen a couple of these bumpers in person - they are very nice and very light.

The LC version does not have turn signals in the wings (the LX does however), so there is plenty of real estate on the wings to add lights. Those are flush mount LEDs the owner added. They do angle out the same as the wings. The rectangular holes in the center section are the only "standard" holes included.

Amazing work...those welds are purdy!!! I have an aluminum bumper on my Tacoma and love how light it is. Makes a huge difference in the steering feel.
Please put me down for an LX470 version with full bull bar, powder coat, winch, and fog cut outs.

Please add me to your build list for 2004 LC FB, Bull bar, winch, cut out lights and PC black. Las Vegas area, thanks..

Hi Kavik - Any pictures of an LX with the bull bar? Any updates on production? Do you allow pick up? Haven't been to Phoenix in a while and might want to pick one up.

Be looking for a pm to confirm details and sequence in line.
