Rear brake circuit is almost complete. I'm waiting on an extended rear line and some adapters to hook up the Wilwood proportioning valve. I'll wait until I have everything in hand to complete the rear circuit. Front main line is in and im waiting on some more tabs before I can complete everything there.

Pretty sure the calipers are upside down (hard to tell from the pics). The bleeder needs to be at the top or you will never get all of the air out of the line.

I saw that. Sadly the JT Outfitter brackets only allow for a single orientation. I'll use a power bleeder to bleed them thoroughly.

Swap the calipers; L to R and R to the L side.

Front circuit is complete and I'm only left with two small 10mm to AN3 adapters to finish it all up.
Got a call that my driveshaft is done, so with some luck I'll have him on the road Saturday!

Fingers crossed for that, wish you luck and post pictures afterwards! It's such a BEAUTY!!

Out of the garage, flexed on the yard stump, and its maiden voyage to the coffee shop complete! I have a couple leaks to button up (transmission pan and diff breather) and I'm in need of a new pitman arm as mine is too long. Other than those things, it's very well sorted and it's all thanks to the great people of 'mud and my friends who've been most helpful.

Nice! Keep us posted on when the shakedown run is taking place.

looks great!

Well, the steering went out while stump wheeling in my buddies yard. Luckily he's a damn fine friend and I can use his tools to fix the steering after I do the right thing and pick up a column and steering stuff from the Picknpull. I tried fixing the steering that was in the truck, but other than the saginaw box, the rest of the steering parts are not up to the task of turning 37's and surely not 39's at a later date.

Did you drill the box for a later upgrade to hyd assist?
I will after I wheel it a bit and see how tough the steering feel is. From what I've read the 800 series saginaw boxes are pretty stout, so I'll tap it when a rebuild becomes necessary or if the steering is a pain.
