Intro Xml325 38.5's with no lift 80

They are BFG KM2's. Appears they no longer make this size.
I can confirm this. I've been on the search for the 345/75R16 as well as the 365. I was able to find one set of the 345's in Reno (only set in the entire country) and they were $530/tire. I didn't want them that bad. The issue is that there are very few large tire options for the 16" wheels. Almost all (at least anything over a 315) require a 17" or larger wheel.

I thought these were the military tires you can get surplus. search ebay for xml325

If you look at the bottom of page one of this thread, on the close up pic of the tires, you can see Michelin.

My tires are the Michelin xml 385s, I think they are talking about jeepinpete's tires. Jeepinpete's are 37.5 KM2s.

Help me people! I can't decide if I like this or not. It seems out of place but if I tie it into the fenders with turn signals it may look better? If I change the headlights out to an old halogen that might make it look better? Maybe just adding the bumper will be enough. I'm debating if I should bring the bumper up and around the grill....I think I'm thinking too much!! Thoughts on it?

Okay, this is the coolest damn thing I've ever seen. If I had the time and skills I'd be copying exactly what you did

Kind of reminds me of Scotty's beady eyed friend in the new Star Trek flicks. I think regular old 7" bulbs would look a lot better.

Paint the bezel white & you need to add some tubing work around it & a winch. That's why I posted up the LC80 RC to show the tubing. Do you like stingers?

I do like the stinger designs but I don't think I want an all tube bumper. I am picturing a plate style bumper that the "wings" wrap around the sides of the grill and then incorporate a tube stinger. Of course there has to be a winch behind that plate.

I may try a bezel behind the projection lamps to "soften" the bug eyes to see if it looks any better.....

sick build bro! i do think that grill is a bit odd... maybe try going with a Mega Cruiser inspired front end that will blend better with the fenders?

me like it very much Sr. ! still will add some sort of central grill maybe with a set of LED embedded so you can do night trails ..

Today I worked on filling the big hole that was once a sunroof and more tack welding on the shovel mount and what not. Boring stuff.

Not much done today just studying the grill some more trying to decide on it.....

traditionaly, historically fj grills are white... this changes the whole look. Also do you think it might need to be wider like an FJC grill?
will delete pics apon request.

That is what I started out with but raised it up to make room for a winch. Wish I had a winch already!!
I almost went this way instead
