Putting BFG 33x10.5 on my 1985 60. Will a 2” Old Man Emu be enough or should I go 3”?

There are plenty of people on this board running 33" tires on stock rims without going SOA.
I have a OME 2.5" lift and 235/85r16s (which translates to about 32" height) on 70-series steelies (which are inset 15mm compared to the stock rims) and have no issues whatsoever with rubbing, etc.
If you go with 33s, you'll likely find that the truck is noticeably slower off the line with the 3.73 gears that are in your 60.

I'm running those exact BFGs with the mildest OME lift I could get and there's plenty of room left over.
@diesellibrarian haha. I was kidding, and it clearly didn't translate in my post. I was poking fun at the length to which this has been discussed and the wild things people have mentioned in the past.
I run saggy stock height suspension and worn 33's with no issues. I have spacers, though.
