Mine was a long winded way of saying the IRS doesn't have our bank info. I tried to check our status through the website, and got some sort of error message. I am aware of all of the income cutoffs.

Actually, if you haven't yet filed for 2019 and subsequently don't qualify based on your 2019 return, you may have to pay some or all of it back.
Considering that I haven't filed my 2019 return yet, I'd be curious to see a source for that.

...if your advance payment is LESS than what you’re owed when you compute your 2020 return, you’ll get the excess as a credit on that return. But if your advance credit is GREATER than what you’re actually owed come the filing of your 2020 return, there appears to be no mechanism to either 1) repay the excess payment, or 2) recognize the excess amount as income. "

I read about it before the plan was finalized, and apparently it changed. Everything I've read today agrees with your statement.
Glad to hear it. We haven't filed 2019 yet, and our 2018 return was much lower since I took 4 months unpaid leave.
Thank you for the advice, I might try pushing it through USAA as well as a small credit union here in AZ.

I had good luck with Azfcu. All in for my refi was $2600 including the appraisal. Interest rate was .5% below other banks. A friend of mine just looked into a refi with Wells Fargo, closing costs were 7k with no points so they ran.

i’ll say, the RC stuff has come a long way. I’ve been getting back into it over the last few months and the new electric stuff is really simple. I have a Traxxas Mini E-RevoTSM that’s 1/16...talk about a fun little car!
That one is a Traxxas TRX-4 sport 1/10th (around $350 after tax) + another $50 or so for charger and a battery. It’s a dedicated crawler, scaled to have 37” tires and real low CG, it’s a blast to play with in the yard (desert landscaping for the win!).
I’ll bring them to the next meeting if we can ever have it!
