Time to decide on how much wider to make the body. Was planning on 6 inches to match the difference in axle width, but after reading sportyforty's build in the 40 section I am rethinking. He did two inches (50mm), I am now trying to decide between 4 and 5 inches. I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze for two inches. What say you?

I have been thinking about this too. I attached pics of the one done in central america a few years back. I think it was a 2-3" widen.

Don't know if it helps, but aqualu has their tub to fit on an 80 and it is 7" wider. I have not found good side by side pics to compare the final look. This from aqualu:
