Lots of work!! But it's a great idea :)

I definitely like the four door plan. The top going all the way back is going to be great.

My attempt at a crossmember. Old and new. Plan is for 4" suspension bushings to attach at frame.

Looking good!

Anybody have a good way to remove these knobs without destroying them?

There's a small set screw on the bottom of each knob @6oclock. A set of split ring pliers will help with the chrome bezels.
Thanks, figured that out, didn't realize they had thread as well and the actual knobs twist off

Don't know how I've missed this till now. Love your drivetrain setup! I think you'll be very happy with the NV and atlas setup. I'm planning on moving to an atlas when I figure out how to grow a money tree.

Any power mods to the 5.9 planned or just a freshen up?

The motor has 300k on it, I drove it around for a couple of weeks prior to pulling and know it's good for the foreseeable future. With that said, I don't plan on going crazy with power, not able to run an intercooler due to space, so will adjust as much as possible while keeping egt's reasonable. After a few years I am planning a full rebuild on motor.
