BB, the old 60 is long gone, and sadder still.... I'm also selling my boat.... boo hoo hoo. It's just temporary, but gotta scale back. Going down to a 1 car family... and Liz won't drive the HJ as a daily.... Amazing how priorities change when you realize that you are a parent!
