Sorry, I have been super busy at the shop and I have no internet at the house.
The A/C in the truck works OK now but I was in no means an easy install. The stock blower fan wasnt nearly enough air to cool things down. It now has a stock 60 fan but I had to remove the top half of the fan to fit it under the dash, so it has no Fresh Air option (you can always open the windows)
The control cables for the flapper doors were hooked up to the stock slides but that didnt work for long so now we just have short actuator cables for each operation.
We also had to build sheet metal adapters to attach the outlets to the defrost ducts and the front outlet we had to adapt 60 series vents into so that they had some direction.
It has none of the 60 series AC temp controls or thermostats to cycle the compressor so it will freeze if you leave the compressor on full time.
If I were to do it again I would just buy a 40 series Vintage Air kit and modify to fit.

The open side on the right is where the AC box bolts. The fan then bolts to the right side of the AC core.
You can see where the heater hoses attach to the core on the top of the portion that is installed.

They are. We had to modify the 55 light bases to make them sit level on the 55 fenders.
Question on the tires, are those the KM2's, you were talking about? Who makes those, looks like a nice meaty tire.
