Replaced the wiper motors, and are now both fully functional.....even though they'll see very little use.
Working on horns now....trying real hard to keep them oe.
Going to tackle a front bumper shortly.
The motor situation is still no further along than it was last year.

Do you have a picture of what that full horn looks like? I took some off my ‘64 and have another pair I accumulated at some point. One of the horns from my ‘64 worked and one didn’t. Might be helpful if you can’t get that one working…

I think Coolerman has an article on restoring horns on his website.

Nice work. My sheet metal work sucks. Aren't the front shackle 'feet' supposed to be on the outside vise inner? With the centered rear diff, what transfer case are you using?
in this case the feet were inboard before i started and i prefer the grease fittings outboard for easier reach.
tcase will be its original 4bolt.

And now we have 9 forward and 3 reverse gear combinations.

Things are really happening now.
Linkages are linked.
Fine tuning is being tuned.
Things are being put in places and staying there with torque settings or cotter pins that are bent.
Plan is start motoring around the neighborhood in the next few months.

Do those bushings on the shift linkage fit tight? I found some on McMastercar but they have a little play in them.
