I've been following your build for a few weeks now, very nice 100! As far as selling it, I had a 100 I was working on and sold it to buy an 80. After spending most of last year building my 80, I decided to sell it and go back in a 100. After being back in a 100 for 4 months now, I'm really glad I did. Ever once in a while I have thoughts of selling my 100 and buying or building a 2nd Gen Tacoma or even a new Tacoma, just so I only needed one rig. My 99 only had 98,000 miles on it when I bought it a few months ago but I've been driving it every day while I look for a DD. I think once I get a DD, I'll forget all about buying a newer Tacoma. I've actually been looking for a 2001 - 2004 DC Tacoma for my DD but seems everyone wants a small fortune for them in my area.

Here's the 80 I built last year. Only time it bothers me when I see trail videos the new owner puts up.

What were you thinking for the front bumper? I thought I read something a tube bumper with front mounted winch?

I planned on making a shell and tube style bumpers.

Tube would have been 2", 1.625" and 1.250" DOM and house up to a 16.5 ComeUp

I think there is a market for a good looking front tube bumper. With an easily accessible winch mount. The blueberry is currently the only available front bumper with great winch access.

Ordered the metal for the new rack and bumpers. Sliders will be done this week. Deciding on the paint color for all the new products.

I adjusted my jig slightly today for a little more clearance at the front fender. Should have these finished tomorrow.

Finished the sliders. Now I'm on the hunt for the trim paint color to match the sliders, bumpers and rack...

Got news that all my new Trail Tailor gear will be here in about 30-40 days. RTT w/annex and T270 awning with walls.

This whole summer has been a bust on plans for us. Still in limbo on the move to Spokane. Broker that had the shop I wanted leased it to someone else eventhough they had my deposit check and all my insurance docs.... Said the guy I was working with quit and didn't relay any info about me... BUT they had my deposit check, insurance with an application with the leased properties address on file..

Anyway, we just bought 10 acres instead and will build a new house and shop. So, I'll be in Wyoming a little longer.

I'll try to build something for HIH next year and ship it to one of you if I can make it.
