Hi @medtro (and all) … ‘99 LX470 … crank no start this morning … installed the kit that I’d bought a while ago but hasn’t solved the issue.
Battery seemed a bit low, so charged and retried … no improvement … immobilizer light still flashes.
Have tried direct connection of yellow to battery +.
Did install an Ironman front bullbar a couple of weeks ago and whilst the fog lights are working after installing their wiring harness, not 100% the way I’d hoped/expected - possible link to perception that the battery voltage was down a bit?
Away for the weekend but will try any suggested next steps on Monday when back.
Many thanks
Brad
Connect a wire from battery 12V post to the F terminal (see picture below), then try to start the engine. You have a different problem if this doesn't start the engine. I don't want to clog up this thread with troubleshooting or chat posts, please send me a PM or start a new thread in the tech forum if you need further help.

Could add a fuse and a kill switch to keep from battery draw..?You are not protected by any fuse with the wire connected. Plus it will drain your battery when parked. This means you have a bad fuse box.
