Replaced original 80 series rotor and pads with DBO heavy duty and hawk pads as the oem warped within 4 months, 1000 miles. The DBO has been there for close to 30k miles.

The fronts have considerable customization, to accomplish the lift those are not standard coils but if I remember correctly those coils are for 7” lift and we added some body lift and other massaging to get the 38” to clear. Just because you cannot duplicate what Ryan have done doesn’t mean it did not happen. That's crazy that the same rear coils are used for both 80 series axles and 100 series axles, you didn't move the coil buckets, but somehow managed to find a 10" lift coil.
This is interesting on how the lower mounting for the rear panhard was fabricated. What I’ve done with 4” and higher lifts on 80 series before was I did it on the upper mount, fabricating a drop box to lower the eye where the panhard bolts to the frame. Any plans on converting / switching to coilovers?Upgraded front and rear sway bars and added beads on tires as it very difficult to find a shop that will balance a 38x15.50 tires.

Yeah I'd love to get a pic of those welds of the bracket to the upper control arm mount on the axleThis is interesting on how the lower mounting for the rear panhard was fabricated. I don’t really care how Ryan got it done. I’m not a fabricator nor a mechanic. These talks are way above my mechanical ability. That’s why I pay for someone to do it. I write software for a living. You haven't seen my build threads have you?
Edit: for others clarity, my rig still isn't running yet so I am not trying to be a douche, I just don't know if we are measuring e-weiners or something and I figured I should provide my measurements
Just wanted to inquire as to whether that front axle panhard mount has ripped off yetUpgraded front and rear sway bars and added beads on tires as it very difficult to find a shop that will balance a 38x15.50 tires.

unlikely.. think about the direction of the forces. I want to know whats going with the hydro assist lines though. why is there hose and then 8" of hard line right in the middle of it?Just wanted to inquire as to whether that front axle panhard mount has ripped off yet

@LX470Beast can you post or link where full pictures can be seen of your rig?![]()
Makes perfect sense.Hydro assist is a modified LC steering rack utilizing the same power steering pump, reservoir and ps lines. I believe the steering rack have two chambers one chamber is to push fluid to move the wheels to the left and the other to right, the hydro assist taps into those chambers and uses the unused chamber to push the cylinder opposite of the power steering rack. So in the end you have a push and pull action. When the rack is pushing left the hydro pushes right and vice versa. I might be over simplifying it. It’s actually pretty cleaver... So what ur seeing is the line had to be extended to the hydro assist cylinder from ps pump, the fluid is being shared, I think.
