Hey all! Happy to add a new 40 offering to the store. These are new OEM fusible links for 80-84 FJ40/FJ45s.

We also restocked column shifter bushings, horn contact plates, wire harness frame clips, fuel pumps and more.
As stated on the store, we also have a shipping pause until Jan. 7th . Thank you for the support all!

Hey everyone! Time for a super cool and rare brochure we just scanned and uploaded. :) I believe it's from 1967, but not 100%. Also assuming Australian market but there are a mix of LHD and RHD, so it could be a general world catalog? Either way, it's an awesome brochure full of great photos and content.
It's been a great year thanks to you all! We have a lot more literature and ideas for products on the way to keep the fun rolling forward.

Hey everyone! Testing the waters on this product.
I recently assembled/made my own custom body mount kit for my FJ40 using a combination of Energy Suspension rubber parts, OEM bolts and custom welded and plated metric plates. People expressed interest for their own trucks. I ran the numbers on costs for supplies and time and the hardware kit alone as a product will run $180 (you supply your own rubber bushings from Energy Suspension). If we supply it all, the kit will cost $350.
We are going to open up a pre-order for this product. We are looking to get a minimum order volume of 5 before pulling the trigger and keep it open for two weeks. If we meet the 5 order bar after two weeks we will proceed with construction these kits. If we don't meet the 5 order minimum people will get a prompt 100% refund. You can purchase HERE. Two week period ends March 27th.

What's the diff between the above and what you offer on your site...

What am I missing here? Thanks
Good question, I guess I better explained it in my build thread. This kit is for people who want to use OEM hardware for their body mounts. Current aftermarket kits use SAE bolts. I personally would always rather use JIS/OEM hardware on my cruisers. Just seems so right. So I developed this kit for myself. To pull that off the plates have to be remade with metric nuts and get plated and OEM bolts sourced.
Basically, this kit is for the discerning cruiser owner. ;)

Yep, this scratches an itch I have. I don't want unnecessary SAE hardware if I can avoid it. Thank you for over this as an option. Hopefully it hits the minimum.

My OEM mounts are still in great condition (and I'm not flush with cash right now) so I hope you'll offer these in the future. I wouldn't have any problem with pre-ordering and waiting until the order log fills up. Like others I really hate using SAE hardware. Fine for my Chevy - not for a 40.

Also - sorry for fumbling the reference link. I had a shoulder injury and may have been over medicating that morning. 🙏
