What is going on with Cruiser Corps? I’m constantly fed advertisements, the website looks great, but they’re terrible at actually getting orders out. I ordered new seat covers, foam, and other parts two weeks ago and it still hasn’t even shipped. Maybe focus less on marketing and collecting payments, and more on fulfilling orders. I also reached out by email and haven’t heard anything back.

Hmm I never see any advertisements, I would assume a yellow star would help you.
This is pretty clear on their website and last week was Thanksgiving.

Maybe the holiday week delayed orders getting out?
I don’t know their business volume but it may be cost prohibitive to have the amount of customer service workers they need for all their activity.
It’s a tough thing to explain to customers that having less people working saves them money but impacts service. I would assume they would take care of you based on their long history of business.
A lot of their advertisement stuff looks like something you would make on instgram that looks nice in a few minutes and meta puts it in front of potential customers for you.
Hopefully they respond to you quickly

Yeah I have never had bad experience from them. Some of the prices can be had cheeper else where but some are cheapest there. I love their seat upholstery! I am planning on using them for my fj55. and I used them for my fj40 bench seats too! always have been good to me!
I think you should update your original post.
I get a ton of their adds elsewhere due to cookies and google or whatever.
But they do have a bunch of bad reviews here.
I've never had a problem with them. Shipping has always been on point and timely.
I have had them comment and help me out on this forum! Honestly I felt they are great. But by all means if they are having problems share your experiences. its what the bad sellers beware section is for.
