OK, thanks guys. I have insterted a tube into the top to act as a breather, it goes to the bottom of the tank, then up and out and is fastened to the outside of the tank, pointing down. The tube from the radiator goes in to the tank and goes all the way to the bottom in order to allow it to draw fluid back in.
Thanks to all for the help.

Poser, how much all these peices cost from toyota? Thanks.

This shot shows my limited space for overflow in the Pig...
Also, what year 60 overflow did you order?

Replied to your PM.
I cannot see why it would not work/fit in your application as the 60 series bottle is smaller than what you currently are using for an overflow container.
60/62 same part for tank/bracket....
The cap will need a longer hose....no big deal

Dimensions would be perfect if you can manage...
i just got my setup from Toyota today.. the bottle size is 5.5"x4.5" x6.5"tall .. hopefully that makes sense..
as it is now my rig has no recovery system so when it overflows it just goes on the ground.. i have a question or 2 now that i'm about to put this setup on my '74 fj40..
do i simply install it and done.. or do i have to add more fluid than usual when running this.. so there is always some fluid in this tank??
