For the month of October, I will be selling the VCV for 2F/1FZ engines:

90925-03192:

List: $92.05

October special: $65 shipped CONUS.

That's almost 30% off list price with free shipping.

I have about 35 of these to sell.

Just a shout out for Onur. I have a total rebuild of a 62 starting up in the shop and one quick E-mail to Onur gets the ball rolling. I tell him what I need, he tells me what is available and when I can have it, He also knows where to look for replacements for those things NAL.

If your own time is worth more than the few dollars you might save looking all over the place for very specific parts that most parts guys have zero clue about, call Onur. There simply is no logical reason not to.

Some folks have asked why I do everything associated with parts via email:

1. Paper trail: That way there is no "he said, she said" type of situation that you see on MUD.

2. Due diligence: This allows me to know whether the client/customer is for real or a scammer--there are TONS of scammers out there, even in the LC world unfortunately. Also because my contact information is public, anyone can call me and get stuff and leave me hanging.

3. There is no doubt about the veracity of the information I provide. If I say I am going to get said parts to you at a certain date at a certain price, that's the agreement that we have entered into. There is no discounting the importance of verifiable, reliable information in our current world state.

4. I forget. I am human. With the volume of phone calls, emails, and PM's I get every day (including Sunday's), it provides me with knowledge whether I responded to the customer or not, whether we have had an interaction or not, whether we have committed to having a business relationship or not.

Thanks much!

Glad to see the truckster soldiering on.......:)

Just a quick update on my schedule folks:

I am working today.

I will be working tomorrow and Tuesday as well.

Weds. AM I leave for Southern Cruiser Crawl in Hot Springs, Arkansas with the Cottonland Land Cruisers group. I will be out of the office through Sunday, Oct 11th. Back in the office, Monday, October 12th. Can't wait. First time to sponsor this event and I am stoked!

I will have minimal to no internet/email/phone access during this time period.

Most parts ordered on Monday, should ship Tuesday. Parts ordered Tuesday will not ship till I return on Monday, October 12th.

Thanks much!

I have been using Onur for my build, and the service has been incredible. Personally, I really like the email aspect a lot better than phone. I can work on my 40 all weekend, build up a list of parts needed, look things up and send him an email late Sunday night. Monday morning, I have an email or invoice waiting for me. If I wait until Monday, work gets in the way of ordering stuff.

Those of you waiting on my Japan off-line parts order:

That order has shipped. There is a slight possibility those parts might get here tomorrow just in time for me to get them out before leaving Weds. for SCC.

If they come mid-week while I am gone to SCC, those parts will ship when I return back to the office on October 12th.

Thank you!

FYI, Hot Springs ORV has almost no cell signal. Sometimes if you stand just right on this one hill and wiggle your ears in time with the heat thermals, you can get a bar or two.

MUDDERS:

Just got back to the office early this AM after a great event at the Southern Cruiser Crawl with the Cottonland folks.

It's going to take me just a couple of days to get caught up with my backlog of emails and PMs.

Appreciate your patience.

Thanks!
Onur
