Not sure if the wife will make the trip, but if not you are welcome aboard. Especially if you are cooking

Sure I hope the orange beast is up and running!

And you know I do t mind cooking and sharing!! Even if the wife is coming I'll still cook and share!

Note to self: Might be able to move all my junk back to NC in a single trip if everybody in the convoy loads up on the way to CRR!!

(insert evil genius maniacal laughing emoji)

Joking aside, it's awesome how much of a turnout CLCC and Keystone bring to our happy little event every year.

For anybody on the fence... It's not a short trip from DC, but it's definitely a good time. There's structure (if you want it), trails that won't punish you unless you want them to, southern hospitality until you prove you're not worthy of it, quintessential Southern greasy spoon diner food minutes from camp, running water/toilets/showers, hike/bike trails separate from ORV trails, a 100 yard rifle and 25 yard pistol range that's only around $5 per day to use, Badin Lake for swimming or fishing or boating or paddling, AND......CLCC members have the distinction of winning every Driver Raffle prize since they started attending the event 4 years ago.

Anybody with questions about the event can feel free to PM either me or @jamesurq, as we've both been deeply involved in running this event over the years. @Stumpalama can probably help you out with an attendees perspective, if you ask nicely.

Heads up! Early bird registration saves you $20 but ends tonight or tomorrow or whatever the hell 4/1/2021 means. Hmmm, that reminds me to put up the ad selling @apinti 's truck for April Fool's.

EDIT: Whoops. I guess I shouldn't have said that...

Call them up and tell them we need our own campground spot/area! Looks like ~20 or so from the VA area?
