If you ever want to turn a bolt on this, walk away. Rust sucks, and turn every little "hey, just remove 3 bolts, swap a part, and put 3 bolts back in" job in to a nightmare of extracting, drilling, re-tapping waiting for replacement parts, etc. If you never plan on doing anything other than routine maintenance, ok. But I will never buy a eastern/midwest rig again.

seriously. I couldn't imagine trying to strap in a young'un in a rear-facing seat in the middle while reaching over a forward facing seat on the sides. If any are old enough to buckle themselves, maybe put them in the middle 3rd row (which is WAY out of reach while in motion). Best case would be rear-facing seat outside, and oldest/most able kid in the middle.

I haven't (and won't) fixed mine.
