Well I've been using whatever spare time I get to work in the garage.

BUT

I had a little speed bump. This little beauty popped on CL and I just had to swoop in and get er! 300 bucks with a very badly overheated engine, 211000 miles, and a clean title! Black interior even! Wooooooh!

Is it abnormal to love landcruisers and Lexus at the same time?

Ok back to the program!

I finished my rotisserie today. Complete with my two cherry picker rams. The orange one is air over hydraulic. I might add some gussets but I don't think it's really needed. Everything is 3/16 steel

SUCCESS!!!

This baby will make work not only easier but of better quality. 400 dollars less to put in my cruiser, but it's well worth it I think.

Now I got to deal with this big ass frame just taking up space.

Are h41/42s in any kind of demand?

Hey guys checking in with BOSSKLLA, mostly just a plow truck now. Haven't had time to work on it like i should, but i did just order a set of OME Heavy springs all around. Hoping i made the right choice on the heavy option.

Today i welded up my main spring that broke in the rear. This is just a temporary fix until my new springs come in. It's supposed to snow like crazy in the next couple days so i just needed BOSSKLLA up and running until then.

I'll have to post up pics and impressions of the new suspension.

So the (new) old shell is waiting to go on the frame, will you use the airbags then?

I don't know if I'll keep the bags installed. The thing has been like riding around on a pogo stick. Every bump tosses me around. If it can hold the plow up ok, I'll be happy.

I look forward to being able to sip coffee in my cruiser again.

Ordered 2, but Amazon sent 3 sets of spring bushings.

If only that happened with camshafts or valve springs!

Just in case anyone is interested in what I did to that Lexus GS300, I converted it into a 5 speed manual GS293. That would be a 293CI 4.8 Chevy V8 I later cammed. I'm pretty happy with it, but BOSSKLLA definitely has way more torque.
