I've only had them since September, but (so far) I've been very happy with these:

They were not a direct bolt on. Although they didn't require any changes to the wiring, I did have to do 10 minutes of work with the Dremel to get them to fit. I aimed the center of the "hot spot" 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" below center at 15' back from the wall. Up to now, I haven't had anyone flash their lights at me. I could probably aim them up a bit, but I don't feel the need to. They provide enough light that I feel comfortable (ie not out-driving the lights or the brakes) driving at 40-45 mph on the mountain roads and up to 65 mph on the highways with the low beams. With high beams, I'd feel comfortable driving as fast as I want to go, which is generally not much over 70 in my 40. They have a nice spill to either side that lights up the ditch and gives you confidence in corners. The light has a touch of blue tint, which I don't love, but it's not as blue as others I've seen and really only bothers me when I'm pulling into my driveway with the light on my white garage doors. I haven't experienced any flashing or pulsing up to now and I haven't experienced any moisture inside the lenses, both of which seem to be common complains with these sorts of lights.
Overall, I'm very happy. If they give out after 2 years I'll still be happy, based on the price. If they last 3 or more years, I'll be tickled pink.
edit: I got them for $72. I see that they are now listed at $90. They're probably worth $90, but wait for a sale if you can.
