Update. VIN has not been in system and owes no back fees!! Executor and Lawyer found the front wheels/tires and an axle they are not sure if it is the original but they think it is. I will go up there this afternoon and help prep it for the move and look around for anything else not there. The folks I am buying this have turned out to be very nice despite my first encounter with other members of the family

I have a couple of English Mastiffs that look similar from that photo. Oh yeah, " And this little piggy went wee -wee - wee all the way home". The axle they found doesn't fit.
