Middle row seats are swapped. Home made brackets to adapt bmw 3 series seats to 80. It’s officially a four seater now. I retained 80 series seat belts. Due to can bus signal for driver side seats everything is wired through rear heater plug that I deleted earlier.

Nice I've been planning to do this too. From my measurements it seems like bucket seats need to move to the center to clear the rear wheel wells. Is that what you found?

Yes they were moved to center to avoid wheel arches.

I'm still gonna play with mine and see if I can keep them more separated somehow. Would be nice to have a pass-through between the seats even if it's small, or allow for a small console. Thanks for sharing what you did.

New alternator, new harmonic balancer, new chain, timing chain dampener, stay, tensioner and oil pump.

Marlin low range gears and 10% high range under drive installed by Stellar.

Drove thru water crossing two weeks ago and oxygen sensor connectors got some moisture. I need to waterproof connectors. Today, I did waterproof distributor cap by using FIPG. I disconnected oxygen sensor wires and truck ran good around block. By default ECU will retard timing if O2 sensors are disconnected. I have order Toyota OEM sensors and this will fix my issue.

ARB lockers and 4.56 gears with complete 3rd members (front and rear) ordered from Marlin Crawlers using Turkle discount (10% off). Wait time is about 2 months to get them. I am going with small ARB compressor. I have a portable ARB High output w/tank to fill tires.

Replaced weatherstrips on all doors and tail gate. Window trim was also replaced

I will be fitting tuffy security console with cup holders today

After installing tuffy center console, I had to redo the gear console due to a gap. So here is my version of homemade gear console.

Ordered Huddexpo DIY skid kit.
Collecting parts for axle upgrades. I am getting front and rear RCV axles and new spindles from @orangefj45.
I already ordered OEM wheel bearings and related seals/gaskets from local dealer.
