First sample. Happy with how they have turned out.
Trial test fit for compliance. all good hopefully.
Fyi, made exactly as per original using Borosilicate Glass.

Yes. At sample / test fit stage now. There's a few minor blemishes to sort out. Overall, really happy with them. In all likelihood, with all the back and forward process, looking like early January for completion.
N.b. I'm hoping to have the Gasket made to suit as well.

Test fitting done.
No leaks, all good in regards to fitment.
There are a few minor aesthetic blemishes to rectify.
Another sample ordered for approval.
