Well, stripped the centering valve bolt. It fit a 14mm bolt perfectly so welded it in and off it came!

Routed my hoses and everything fits great with a little modifying of existing support brackets.

I made a mount to secure the ram on the back side if the axle. I looked all over to find someone who had done it this way but no luck. I'll keep updates on how it works. Hoses and angles look good.

I bought a finned cooler and installed it on the radiator shroud with the line coming out of the return line. I figure between the ram and this cooler i will be ok without a bigger reservoir heat wise. Again, i will update as I go.

Trail worthy Fab. Great company to work with. I have beat these rims and tires like they owe me money and I have been impressed.

I got everything hooked up and my steering was SO SLOOOOW. I pulled the ps pump high pressure line and drilled the valve as big as it would go. It helped a little but I think I still have air somewhere. Good news is no no leaks and it still drives. Winning.

It has been a bit. Hydro assist is a B!-/h. It worked great at first. Slowly I have been throwing parts at it due to whining from the pump. As of right now, I have a huge PS res and an aux cooler. The old res didn’t have enough room when wheeling so it would agitate the fluid and then suck bubbles down. Now I have a different res, still sucking air somewhere. No major leaks but man it has been a pain in my backside. Next step is crimped lines and I’m hoping that will fix it

Mocked up the bumper and sent it to my buddy in Pleasant Grove UT. They cut and bent the steel for me than I used pretty sure a mile of mig wire.
