This was a gpita! It’s done though and now I can make a real one that looks presentable. And on a great note…she moved today!!!!!!

Next up on the list is cleaning up the garage. Things have gotten out of hand. Lol

My list is dwindling
To finish:
Blinkers
Radio
Interior reassembly
Wire front assembly accessories(lights, winch, jumper studs)
Windows still don’t work
Drive shafts.

Big one is tuning the motor. It runs but super rough. Shifts well and I have good temps. Fuel pressure is all over the place rn. More pics to come when the weather clears up.

The weather in Utah has been epic for winter sports, car wrecks and not letting me get the rig out. I have finished everything besides the transfer case. There are a few things I’m not happy with like the front portion of the cage, a couple switches on the interior.

Been a WHILE. The rig is “finished”. They never are but, here’s a few pics of her so far

Hood vents in. Fast forward to summer, temps are staying a little lower. She still gets hot moving slow on trails when it’s above 90

Did you mod the fan clutch oil to help with heat?

Engine temp. Once it hits 220, it doesn’t come down unless I shut it off. This is happening while climbing at slow Moab red rock speeds
So your ECT hits 220....that's alarming and not right. You said you have Aux electric fans?
How old is your water pump and your radiator?
Also are you monitoring the temp gauge on your instrument cluster?
