Convinced my wife to make a black overlay and the silver #tiger40 for my license plate frame from the Land Cruiser museum. Going to go to cars and coffee tomorrow. I want to enjoy it before I take it apart again for the re-smog overhaul lol

I was admittedly very defeated last night after chipping that piece in the smog pump. The pump was fine and I just wanted to clean out the old grease and apply new grease on the bearings. I may have a lead on a replacement so that will be a problem for another day, but just now I had a major victory.
The rearward most air injection plug was literally keeping me up at night. Wondering how in the world I was going to remove it, and if the head had to come off again to drill it out. I ordered a 3/8’s flathead bit off Amazon and used an impact screwdriver with a few extensions on it. After quite a few good hits it started to back out. Crisis averted!
The rest should hopefully come out the same, but if not I definitely have room to drill and extract.

We couldn’t resist heading back up to the mountain after this recent storm. It was snowing all day Friday and Saturday!
