I went to costco today and for grins and giggles I asked how much for a set of BFG 33x10.50x15 (4 for $724) they said they are stopping production and going to a metric measurement. Anybody hear this too? or is the guy just trying to sell some tires?? also he said there are only 5 in pheonix....

I too was having a recent conversation along the same lines at Costco and while I didn't get any specifics I was told some changes were in the works. I also learned (I didn't know) that Michelin bought BFG - recent or long ago? I didn't know that. But he implied there was some "re-alignment" of the products.

That price has to be ATs

Metric, how boring. 1. Most people dont even understand metric tire sizing 2. You cant rhyme a country song lyric with 315/75/18s

I don't know. Sometimes places like Costco Sam's Walmart do no get the same pick of inventory that a tire shop does.
