Kelly.. Ping me offline.. We might not need to braze an ac fitting if they are standard 6, 8 10 fittings..

I've been searching for a/c fittings. Can anyone point me in a direction?

I can adapt standard fitting to ur existing hose. I have a bunch of pieces right now also. Using them but we prob need a meet. Need bender b4 the 25th weekend anyway.

I have two hard aluminum 7.85mm OD lines that need to be connected. I bought the stuff to solder/braze them, so I was looking for a coupling or a pipe that had an ID of about 8mm.

I will be ordering some fitting soon.. if we can determine if you have standard fitting or not i can order what we might need for yours..
I seem to recall you were trying to relocate the dryer. easiest might be to splice into the soft lines and graft in a universal drer with #6 fittings. http://www.oldairproducts.com/catalog/driers-accumulators/21-321/reciever-drier-p-2522.html
what fittings are we going to? I can put some test fittings in the parts shuttle if needed.. this will help id hose sizes.. https://coldhose.com/
on a regular ac system it has #6, #8 and #10.. just depends where on the system it's located and if it's gas or liquid etc.
or we can put in a universal parallel flow condenser and universal dryer and make a hybrid system.. and graft into your lines. which might be WAY easier to do in the long run.. and cheaper.
I"ll be ordering some angled fittings for #6 and #10 to route around my airbox and some #10 hard line female/male fittings to route my heater lines.. BUT.. a universal dryer has #6 fittings.. and a universal condenser has #8 and #6.. the #6 goes to the dryer from the bottom of the condenser and the #8 goes to the compressor. I"m just thinking out loud but graft in to your existing hoses. plumb in new condenser and dryer with universal fittings and be done..

I can measure ID / od of what i have.. if that's all you might need that can be simple.

I sent you a separate email Erik. No soft lines where I am working.

Decided to add A/C back to FOO, so I will be en expert on this soon.

That looks pretty small. What do you think?

I am trying to decide if I get that or get a touchscreen radio with camera ability. Thoughts? @kc_chevota
