I'm sure you posted this, but can you link this mod if you bought a plug and play unit? Was this difficult to get working?

Good morning, brother. The first tool you’ll need for this is a test light. On the same side as the fuse box —not the fuses themselves, but the trim board—you’ll find two plugs that aren’t used if you’re not running an electric windows. One of those wires is the ground, which is usually the white striped black one. Use your test light to confirm it. The other wire you need to find is the ignition battery wire. It’s typically on the opposite side of the ground, located at the top of a plug.

Then you'll need to make a new connector with a female + terminal that match basically almost all the connectors use the same

F090-SMTS [F090-SMTS] or the MALE ONE it's good to learn how to undo or redo them in case of default...

●[yazaki] 090II series 6 pole non-waterproofing F connector [2+4 type] (no terminals) /6P090-YZ-F-tr - https://www.hi-1000ec.com/product/2845

Terminal

●[Yazaki] 090 type [Sumitomo TS/ Yazaki 090II] series Female terminal non-waterproofing /F090-SMTS - https://www.hi-1000ec.com/product/1335

From this power-source & ground you can make a small circuit adding a fuse...

I USED this plug for :
  1. Fogs
  2. Gauges
  3. Heating seats
  4. CB

Hope this helps these are the tool terminal unpine and crimping tool

In the meantime before the swap planned on January.... I will have to drive IMUA into the snow up North 600KM to the shop...

Found some Gauge from SAAS that match exactly my need too bad i will have to sell those brand new ones purchased in April anyway Today I was on the hunt for this dual Outlet, Water #16304-17030 so I can use the second port for the collant temp. I rather have everything on 2 gauges.

BOOST OSI & EXAUST TEMP

Water TEMP & OIL PRESSURE

I had to redo this vegetable chopping block (tablette) since the previous one crack.... I also removed the barn doors panel to clean after the long rugged journey of last summer they a now full isolated with sheep wool.

I like this board better. Is that walnut?? 😯

Maple is a fair bit softer than Walnut. I did one of my house's floors in Walnut, and it was beautiful, but about twice the work because it was so hard, my fasteners had a hard time going through the wood. I wish I still had that house....

The grill trimming is insane not fun .... I practice on the older grill will trim the newer one this winter.

I had some trouble shifting with my clutch. It wasn’t properly bled because it had a new master cylinder installed on the transmission. Additionally, the top assembly needs to be replaced, which I’ve already ordered. That’s why shifting felt a bit off. Other than that, everything went smoothly for 600KM. The fifth gear is absolutely amazing!

I also need to replace my steering damper and the direction bar, which are common weak points on Land Cruisers. The steering wobble is terrible when you hit a pothole, so I’m upgrading to a stiffer damper and direction bar from Superior Engineering. I should have those parts in the next few weeks.

After that, there are still a few things to address: replacing the rear suspension bushings, installing a new windshield, and prepping the compressor for tire inflation. The brackets supplied with the Endless Air system were a nightmare to work with, so I decided to remove the AC and dedicate the compressor solely to tire inflation.

Sorry to hear of the installation woes, and fitting that PDI intercooler can definitely challenge the most patient of installers. I had to take regular breaks from cutting the grill. I am glad you are happy with the performance afterward, I certainly was as well.

Yeah thats was a real patience breather... Still thinking if I could get a grill like @ofer bruhis did on his troopy

Tommy, my grill is still in pieces. It is a product of @kelly saad landcruisergrills. It’s still in prototype phase. I need to ‘tailor’ because of the intercooler piping. Once done, I’ll take it back to Flagstaff and we will take final dimensions. Currently my priority is to get the car driving. 😂.
Was hoping to start the engine on the stand today but spent most of the day in a first aid class.

Wait, you got rid of A/C in favour of a compressor for tires??

Yes, I have never used the AC + it's allow also more air to go through the rad since I removed the cooler... but by all means it's possible to fit it but in my situation is was not possible as the braket is located under the alternator and need welding to be aligned and perfect.

I will be definitely curious to see the end results as per the plastic grill is not partially sexy in place right now! Are you far away from a cold start?

No. Should start this week on the bench. I need to take it to Vally Hybrids and do the swap there. By end of February I hope to be driving.

Quick update,

So, the clutch was bled properly. On a side note, if you ever need to replace the master cylinder on your transmission, you can remove the master cylinder, fill it with brake fluid beforehand, and then just pump it after installation. This makes the process much easier because the air needs to be pushed out from the clutch master cylinder on the transmission upwards.

Now that it’s been done, everything is working perfectly.

As for the power steering, since I installed a new (steering box), it was missing a little bit of fluid— Now that’s topped up, and it’s running perfectly.

The only things left to complete my setup are the damper and the Superior 7075-T6 Alloy Drag Link Solid Bar Suitable For Toyota LandCruiser 76/78/79 Series V8.

However, I still feel like my 4x4 lacks power when I engage it and lock the wheels. It just doesn’t seem to have the power I expect, and I’m not sure why. The truck had no wheel lock previously.... Still engage in 4x4 when on the lift but if in a slope it's seem to have no power
