Yes oem shroud. The only think I wonder is how much room you have depth wise.yeah that looks just about exactly like what I have going on... I'll take a pic tonight. Is that the oem shroud?
I have nothing like that depth. Barely 3" from the inside face of the rad to the bolts on the power-steering pump sprocketYes oem shroud. The only think I wonder is how much room you have depth wise.

Hell yes! I'll shoot you a PMGreat to see that the Prado is back on the road! Hopefully the cooling issues don't end up being too much hassle to fix. I'm going to be back in Bozeman starting next week, it would be great to meet up some time and maybe do a little wheeling.
So I've swapped my alternator to a Isuzu NPR, which puts out 110 amps, and has a compatible vacuum pump on the back. Had to do a very little amount of custom fab work to make it fit. Details in this thread..
I've had the truck out for a pair of 100mi drives, to see the alternator situated, and on the way home from the second one yesterday sprung an oil leak on the return line. Pics below. I think this is part number 90923-02081.. looks discontinued. Advice welcome.

unfortunately I don't have the space.. I might chop it down even further, and get me a hose-joiner until I can find a ac/hydrolic shop with the right crimperWhat @AirheadNut said... and it would be significantly cheaper this way too.
In the meantime, as a temp fix for something like this is to cut the hose a little shorter to get rid of the split (if it is long enough) and re-attach or I have used additional clamps on worn hoses while waiting for the new ones to come in.
probably a dumb question, but how do I ID the banjo fitting? I _think_ it came off with a 19mm wrench? I'll double check when I'm back out there..I'd be curious if the Vacuum Pump Oil Outlet Hose (90923-02081) has different fittings or length only vs the Vacuum Pump Oil Inlet Hose or the hoses from a 2H for example. I don't want to pull hoses off of my 13BT or 12HTWant to measure your hose length and ID of the 'banjo' fitting? I suspect we have a 2H/12HT or Oil Inlet hose that could be modified to fit.
