This FJ60 is well known in Houston and was built ground up with the imported 12-HT turbo diesel motor and H55 5-speed transmission by Javier's Auto Unlimited in Houston Texas (premier Landcruiser shop in Houston). All custom work has been done by Javier and took several years to complete. The truck has also been recently serviced and further suspension tune done by Duggy's Garage in Houston. Any inspection is welcome and both Javier and Duc can provide further details on the details of the build if needed.
The objective was to create the ultimate FJ60 overland expedition vehicle with a priority on vehicle reliability, range, on-road drivability (cruises at 75mph@3000rpm), off-road capability (it will climb anything with the lockers on). We just completed a 9-day Colorado road trip (see photos) which included Pearl Pass, Engineer Pass, Cimarron Pass, Taylor Pass, and many more of CO's finest off-road routes, followed by the 1000 mile road trip back to Houston.

It's a very difficult decision to sell this unique vehicle but I have several new project trucks under construction and it's time to let this one go to a new home.

$34,000 (reasonable offers welcome)

Edit: it doesn’t look like you have SOR rear sliding windows installed, are these current pictures.

How many miles on the frame. - 256,000 miles on the frame. 10,000 miles since frame up rebuild
How many miles on the engine - 10,000 miles since engine rebuild
What size tires and wheels and what is custom about them - 34" Toyos, aftermarket wheels (not Toyota OEM)
Why the respray and is it quality or a 10 footer. - resprayed to silver (originally white) and it's high quality.
Are all of the lights on the roof rack switched separately? trying to understand all of the switches. - switched in pairs (front, rear, etc)
Any frame rust or body rust. - no rust anywhere
12 volt or 24 volt - 12 volt dual battery system
Need more interior photos - come see it in person if you're interested
Thanks

Edit: it doesn’t look like you have SOR rear sliding windows installed, are these current pictures. - photos are all recent over the last few months and the SOR windows were added 6 weeks ago.

I have seen and driven this 60. John is an honest seller and didn't try to hide anything. This is a VERY well equipped and supremely capable trail rig that will do wonders cruising the highways. The take away I had was OMG THE POWER!!! Never drove a 12HT and boy was I impressed. In the end, we couldn't come together on price but would LOVE to own it.

Glad to see you on the forum!
