Why didn't you just say that in the first place instead of using that "parts guy" mumbo-jumbo?

It wasn't directed at you so I thot I was safe......:)

On the other hand it is your thread and I should have been more considerate....:grinpimp:

My BJ74 doesn't have a house-thingy however my HJ75 does.

The original rheostat was just a tad worn. Perhaps it's still under warranty. :)

Nah mines working just fine.
Don't need a spare, but thanks for the offer.
I was down to just two fan speeds on both the HJ75 and the BJ74.

- 12V ). Included with the 24V version is a handful of oak leaves and pine straw and a partial spider web .... No extra charge.
Did I mention that these are rare?

Is there any rust and if so, is it easily repaired? ;)

Don't worry, I just painted over the rust. Did I mention how shiny the paint is?

The shop drove the truck today for about an hour and reports good power from the Garrett turbo. Boost and temps. are running in a very satisfactory range. The only holdup so far has been the exhaust shop which has been to busy to work me in. They are scheduled to take the truck in the morning. (Hopefully)
