Found a 1972 fj55 it’s pretty solid and definitely original, original Runs and drives . It’s a bit sun burnt from the sun. Not sure of mileage. The question is what is it worth I honestly don’t know .

That thing is sweet!

I’ll stick my neck out here if running I’d give $7500 easily. I think worth more than that, not sure what would be lurking in that body.

I’m just wondering I have looked at many landcruisers this looks solid , it runs and drives . The rear end bumper needs bent back .and other small ends . Do you know the name of this litigation green colour.

With the dented roof, patches riveted over the rockers and what appears to be patches over the front fenders, there is definitely a lot of rust at play here. Lift up the floor mat and post some pictures of the floor pans. I'm guessing the front body mounts are probably rusty too.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is $4500-5000 max if it was running and driving.

If it runs/drives can you check some mechanicals/electrical like the tail gate window, flashers, blinkers, brakes, clutch, dome light, gauges, dash uncut and complete..., wiring loom complete? how's the frame look? an original good radiator and gas tank are golden..
crawl underneath and look...:oops::oops::oops:
completeness = $$$'s..
original = $$$'s
rust is a distractor but most have issues....
agree w the 4-5k guesstimate... hidden issues..
but I like saving them so the rust is like a given...
