The JTO header and Remflex lined up good. I knock the tops off with a sander so the OEM heat shield does not hit

The modified Mosley adapter … make sure you install these 3 studs before you bolt it down. Also chop the vent hose and cap it. With a new heat shield I don’t use gaskets or and sealant first run. If I have a vacuum leak I can easily take it apart and add sealant if needed

Looks like a good stopping place for the day

This clutch fork is just another reminder of all the things you need to think about when swapping a 2F/4speed into a 3 speed truck. These little things are easily forgotten until you look up and it’s time to stab

Backing plate eliminators? Is this from Kurt? I need to place that order for one of mine along with a slew of other crap. Funny how customer projects go so much faster. Suppose at least for me it's much easier to spend someone else's money.

Valley Hybrids. Plates and stainless lines.

Once it’s in then you have to fit all the goodies.

Clutch Slave. I’m using one for a 75+ passenger side. I had to dig up a spring and spring bracket. That’s done.

Then I moved to the ebrake and realized I had a problem. The drum I have here has the tiny 8mm studs. Even though I am buying new shafts I just don’t trust those little studs. So I dug one out and it’s missing a stud. I also thought I had a full ebrake rebuild kit here but can’t find it so i Georgled up all I needed and he got it all shipped out today

Finally I added all the fluids to the trans/transfer, axles and engine. I’ll make sure there are no leaks … this is my oil of choice. Note the zinc is already in it.

I am friends with the owners of Cerakote. The company is Actually called NIC industries . They make powder coat and a bunch of other things as well . I am doing the expansion of the company now , and just finished there home . They have a 2 year waiting list to get into there school to get certified. But it’s a really cool school . There was a group from King shocks that was there one day pretty cool . I am doing a lot of Cerakote on my 40 just for fun

My local powder shop does a ton of it. I’ve had plastic fj60 grills done, guns, headers. Great product.

“Georgled”. My new favorite verb.
